1.EXECUTION OF HARIYALI YOJNA : D.R.D.A. Palamu provided funds for this project directly to the village working committee of Rajhara Village under Lesliganj Block of the District of Palamu. We have been entrusted with the supervision of execution and accomplishment of the planned project under "HariyaliaYojna. 2.Social Defense & Social Welfare We held two Social Defense & Social Welfare Seminars, one each at Purnadih and Kathaundha Villages of Lesliganj Block, in order to Organize Villagers against atrocities caused by senior class people and also by Naxalites, who very often visit those areas and terrified villagers for this reason or that Caste violence also affected social security and Social Harmony. People from about 07 to 12 Villages participated in the camps. A social security force called Gram Raksha Dal was organized in both the Villages. They also held meetings on the issues of enlistment of their status & Social Welfare. 3.Women & Children Welfare (Development) Programme Two Seminars were held on the issue of Women & Child Welfare and Development. About 245 Village women participated at Rajhara from five surrounding villages at Bhalmanda about 350 Women from 7 Surrounding Villages took part in the meeting Sri Bipin Kr. Banpar and Sri Dadhibal Singh prominent Social Workers addressed them. They made them aware of their rights and entitlement and their role in their society. 4. Tribal Welfare Programme Tribal Communities in our core area of operation are mostly land-less laborers. They are unorganized they have no say in social and political sectors. So in order to organize and empower them and to make them financially strong. 5. Medical Camp for women & Children As usual to provide health check-up and free medicine to poor women and children residing in our core area of operation. In the rural areas health & medicine facilities are rarely available to women and children. So they have to depend upon unqualified village Baidyas, Gunnies and Ojhas. They are manipulated by those self made physicians. More over seasonal diseases spread over abundantly in rainy season. Cholera, dihorria, malaria, skin and other viral diseases, mainly over take illiterate poor families of rural areas. So in order to provide free medical checkups and free medicine and knowledge of prevention from those diseases. Above camps were organised. Dr. Anil Kumar Srivastava, Dr. B.B Singh and lady Dr. Smt. Shail Sinha along with team addressed the participants on cleanliness, prevention and local and easier ways of treatment of local and seasonal diseases. The also did medical checkup and free medicines were distributed in deserving cases. About 367 persons were directly benefited by those medical camps. 6. SHG Development Programme In order to provide knowledge of income generating activities and to form SHG group & to make the beneficiaries start their own income generating activities through formation of SHGs. 7. Awareness Camps on Rights and Entitlement Two awareness Camps were organized to provide awareness to the villagers about their Rights and Entitlements.
