The Institution has been established under J&K Societies Registration Act-VI of 1998 (1941 A.D) with the intention to impart computer literacy to Orphans, downtrodden students, besides government employees of rural areas in imparting Basic / advanced computer courses. The main objective is to meet the needs of imparting technical education and providing opportunities to enhance better understanding of the latest developments in the field of computers. The programme is conducted in association with NIELIT, New Delhi / Sarv Saksharta Abhiyan Trust/ J&K Directorate of Technical Education and Directorate of General of Employement aimed to keep the youth in touch with latest technology of applied science in I.T Sector. Digital Links Computer Institute constantly aims at providing quality computer literacy to the local youths in congerance to the requirements through Government / Private institutions. Providing computer literacy to the poor youth on minimum charges. “Providing free facilities for youths belonging to SC/ST/BPL/RBA in order to gain their access to computers”.
