AchieveMents: 1. Running one nonformula school 40 in each at baidyabati areas in Hogghly district. Beside education education student are also provided nutritious food medical support and skill development training. 20of total stdent has been enrolled in nearby Govt. school every year. 2. ISWOI successfully trained 15 adolescent girl on beautician trade in which eight trained girls have already got job oppertunity at local perlors. Supported by ICDS cell Bhatpara municipality 3. The organization basically to ensure basic health education and other common rights at five different Brick kilns at Nilgange area of (N) 24 pgs. 4. ISWOI has completed a vocational training course on Knitting & Embroidery trade with 50 adiliscent girls in which 22 well trained have got employment oppertunity through this initiatives. 5. ISWOI time to time organized awareness camp on women & Child rights including Marraig rights & devorce Women exploitation & service Mechanism to prevent women harassement. 6. ISWOI actively involved to raise awareness on Climate change and impact of Golbal warming and protection of Natural Envioronment in collaboration with Ministry of forest Govt of India. 7. The organization time to time organized Awareness camps on different vital issues like HIV & AIDS pulse polio Immunisation consumer rights etc. 8. One charitable Homoeo clinic is running for local poor people by organization won initiative. 9. ISWOI was organized ten days awareness generation programme with perticipation of 30 women labour to ensure their basic rights and raise awarenees about different vital issues related to their daily life. 10. ISWOI generally coordinates yearly sports & cultural program where the local children youths encourage to perticipate in different sports event & cultural activities. 11. ISWOI is also running a computer training centre on Basic DTP F.A course with 200 student. Beside it organization also running a vocational training school on Wool Knitting trade with 35 local adiliscent to ensure Self reliant of the local Youths.
