ISAE provides a flow of current technical information developed by engineers, scientists and technologists. ISAE Services range from organizing national and international conferences and national meetings to publication of Journals, Monographs and formulation of standards for agricultural equipment and systems.
7.2 Strengthening of the profession
By updating education and promoting agricultural engineering understanding among all concerned with agriculture. ISAE recognizes memberââ¬â¢s professional accomplishments.
7.3 Special Activities
The activities include assistance in placement of graduates, the career development activities and liaisoning with other national and international and engineering scientific societies.
7.4 Technical Activities
ISAE has five divisions with technical committees to coordinate and guide the societyââ¬â¢s activities through seminars and paper publications. There are 28 local Chapters of ISAE located in different parts of the country. The technical activities of the ISAE are carried out under the following technical divisions/groups.

ISAE holds national level convention every year. It is attended by over 500 delegates from all over country and also from abroad. The technical meetings are held in different regions of the country to provide an opportunity to the members to exchange ideas and information with fellow engineers, scientists, technologists, manufacturers and progressive farmers. Few special meetings are also held each year to keep the members up to-date on specific subjects/topics of interests.
ISAE publishes its quarterly journals titled Journal of Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering Today and a bi-annual reference book, Agricultural Engineering Directory. Other technical publications are proceedings of the seminars, symposia and conferences and special survey reports.
