AchieveMents: In arwal district unemployed male& female beneficiaries have educated by jan shikshan sansthan which is devoted as a pride. Jan sikshan sansthan is started from February 2004 It works all its five blocks from February to till financial year the total number of beneficiaries is 22927 Which is educated by so many instructor in different treads beneficiaries uproot its financial & family status in the society. Arwal district is one of the districts which is effected from local level terror(Naksal vad) so many number of unemployed & deprived people have move to involve in this way due to unemployment, big struggle between terror & local caste religion matter. It is very difficult to work in this condition . the jan shikshan sansthan have reached in rural areas & meet with the poor, deprived & unemployed people to uproot its social & economical status by skill development training program. Being of this tuff condition the jan shikshan sansthan have continue to work in this way, Now a days so many poor, unemployed and deprived people of this district is join with us and uproot its social and economical condition of its own family. So many beneficiaries have self depend, some people worked in factories and some are developed its own business. Most of the training program is Seduled for the female categories only due to most of female communities take training program and uproot its family economical status in the society. This step has taken by Jan Shikshan Sansthan as a mile stone in the field of women Empowerment. Besides of this by L.E.E (life Enrichment Education) the people educate poor and deprived women to uproot its social and Economical status in the society.The training program Ruined by Jan Shikshan Sansthan during the financial year following details. In financial year 2004-05 the total number of Beneficiaries1223, In year 2005-06 the total number of beneficiaries 1995, In year 2006-07 the total number of beneficiaries 1985, in year 2007-08 the total number of beneficiaries 2037, In year 2008-09 the total number of beneficiaries 2561, In year 2009-10 the total number of beneficiaries is 1225, In year 2010-11 the total number of beneficiaries is 1085, In year 2011-12 the total number of beneficiaries is 2561, In year 2012-13 the total number of beneficiaries is 2354, In year 2013-14 the total number of beneficiaries is 2509, In year 2014-15 the total number of beneficiaries is 1623, In year 2015-16 the total number of beneficiaries is 1769. Besides of all these training programme we have also organized some activities like Labour day, world Enviornment day, Yoga Day, Independence day, National literacy day, Swacchta Pakhwada and so many others which is given by the National literacy mission (NLM).
