AchieveMents: Teaching skills and English Language skills training provided to government appointed Anganwadi workers as well as Zilla Parishad primary teachers, as well as hands on support provided to these teaching staff in classroom activity. In the past 3 years, these activities have led to major achievements in elevating skills among Anganwadi workers and Zilla Parishad teachers across Blocks of Wada and Bhiwandi in Maharashtra, and replication efforts are in process to spread across other districts.
