Increased consistent condom usage among HRG in encounters * Skills developed in correct and consistent usage of condoms in encounters Mobilization of KPs to clinical services is attractive. * Accessibility increased to Clinical service. * Improved Regular Medical Check-ups by all HRG Referred every Positive KP to PLWHA Network. * Needed PLWHAs reached to CD4 tests * Reached PLWHA cases to ART centers. * Needed PLWHA referred to DOT centers.
