AchieveMents: Since before the registration of our NGO (Manipur Development Bureau), our micro finance section has been lending money as a loan to the trainees. As a suggestion our NGO has divided into two factors for trainees i) Rural area ii)Urban area. The trained and experienced trainees were formed a number of Self help Groups (SHG) under the head of the Trust for promoting income generation and Self reliance and it is also a source that the trainees were to apply loan from our NGO/ new scheme for setting up of their home unit and other self help business. The Manipur Development Bureau (MDB) conducted and gave a knowledge to trainees and expend an amount Rs 572,690/-(five lakh) seventy two thousand &six hundred and ninety)only in the year 2008 to the end of 31st March, 2009 and to expend an amount of Rs.713,180/-(seven lakhs thirteen thousand one hundred and eighty)only in the year 2009 to the end of 31st March 2010 and then to expend an amount of Rs. 1,018,300/- (ten lakhs and eighteen thousand three hundred ) only in the year 2010 to 2011 to the end of 31st March 2011 . In the year 2008 to the end of the 31stMarch 2009, our NGO has collected an amount of Rs.750045/-(seven lakh fifty thousand and forty rupees) only. Our office has invested only the amount of Rs. 572,690/-. Total collected amount Rs.(750045-572,690)=Rs.1,77355/-(one lakh seventy seven thousand three hundred and fifty five)only. In the year 2009, we have collected an amount o Rs .975000/-(nine lakh seventy five thousand)only up to at the end of 31st March 2010. We have invested only an amount of Rs. 713,180. Total collected amount Rs.( 975000- 713,180)=Rs.261820/-(Two lakh sixty one thousand eight hundred and twenty)only. And then we have collected an amount of Rs. 1325000/-(thirteen lakh twenty five thousand )only at the end of 31st March 2011 but the investment amount is Rs. 1,018,300 . Total collected amount Rs.( 1325000-1,018,300)=Rs.306700/-(Three lakh sixty seven thousand)only. The last three years the total profit we have collected is Rs.745875/-(seven lakh forty five thousand eight hundred and seventy five)only out of the amount we have invested to the trainees i.e an amount of Rs.2304170/-(twenty three lakh four hundred one hundred and seventy)only. We have conducted Embroidery/Tailoring program at the training site of the Trust before we have to finance to the Trainees. Not only this program we have taken a program of local dry fish food called Ngari, handicrafts, Handloom, self help group, Live stock and even local jewelry program, agricultural farming and others like animal husbandry. Some time we have financed after with due care at the area of city shops and even big hotels. We get a good achievement about the finance from the trainees of cattle rearing, piggery and chicken centre. We have also financed to the trainees of farmers (paddy field) in our area.
