AchieveMents: For the last 5 years 4463 people with disabilities are rehabilitated 1. 1413 challenged people were Medically Rehabilitated through assistive devices, mobility aids and surgeries 2. 600 children have received early intervention support 3. 552 challenged children were provided with Education Support 4. 110 challenged women were provided with shelter and trained in handicrafts 5. 79 challenged girls were trained in Livelihood skills 6. 1700 challenged people are socially empowered
