AchieveMents: 1.To enhance public awareness of drug use and HIV/AIDS epidemic and to educate public about HIV/AIDS 2. To promote meaningful involvement of people who used drugs at all levels 3. to provide range of services needed by drug users and people infected with HIV or otherwise affected by HIV/AIDS 4. Promote services for drug users and people living with HIV/AIDS and enable them to fight and live positively with the disease and encourage them to access the services and treatment 5. to promote and protect the human rights of drug users people living with HIV/AIDS 6. To promote social acceptance of drug users and people living HIV and to end stigma and discrimination 7. to establish linkages drug users and people living HIV/AIDS with the existing health services, NGOs, CBOs, and other welfare and development programmes. 7.
