The journey of Naihati Aarshi with the dream of spreading love through the medium of theatre and dance is started on the 15th August, 2016. In the financial year of 2017-2018 weâve performed a rising number of shows. Since we didnât get any fund back then we need to rely on monthly subscriptions from our members and donations from honorary members. As a newly registered team in that year we have done all the needful. But we havenât applied for any kind of grants in our very first year.

The PAN card or the organizationâs bank account isnât with us to share the proper file through proper channel to the authority. So, weâve not applied for the grant in this year, too.

Weâve facing many turmoil situation in the financial year of 2019-20. The new governing body and our other mistakes make the process delay to apply for the grant. he covid-19 pandemic is too busy for ours work. The regular meetings and rehearsals need to be postponed and weâve to move the system online. All of our members either got affected by Covid or some of their family members also felt sick. In, spite of knowing the whole process of how to apply for grant and make the whole file of applying, we canât focus on the organizationâs work and utilized the time in our home. So, in that year too we canât apply for the grant as well.
