AchieveMents: 961 Health Awareness Programme conducted in operational villages and 18375 people benefited from the programme. 1177 SHG meeting for women conducted, 11442 learnt about Health problems and livelihood. A total 20971 house visit conducted by the CHVs and oriented about various Health and hygienic issue. Total 2833 People linked with Income Generation Programme. 600 MI Level Review Meeting for CHVs and 2 CHC Review meeting Conducted at Regional office. 1408 children were referred to nearest PHC for
