AchieveMents: A Trust named after the revered Jain Acharya Pujya Kanshi Ram Ji Maharaj was established in the year 1950 as P.K.R. Jain Girls High School Managing Committee. Initially a school namely P.K.R. Jain Girls High School was started with a handful of girl students which at present caters to more than 2500 girls of the Ambala region, affiliated to H.B.S.E, Haryana. Encouraged by the response, the harbingers of this pious institution established another co-educational Public School, affiliated with C.B.S.E having a strength of app. 3200 students. Again our trust established one more co-educational day boarding school also affiliated with C.B.S.E having app. 1600 students and a College of Education which is a very well-known nursery of future educators in B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses.
The trust works and follows the age old doctrines given by our revered Maharaj ji, ââ¬ÅKam Khao, Gam Khao Nam Jaoââ¬Â. It diligently strives to work for weakest members of the society and stresses on value education, character building and integrity in the pupils to produce complete citizens for a strong and developed nation.
The groupââ¬â¢s various achievements include many State Level as well as National Awards for the Principals & Faculty Members. This inculcates the feeling of pride in personal and group achievements. It plans the academia in such a way that the students and pupil teachers get exposure to activities that develop self-esteem and encourage lateral and creative thinking. Our institution is a perfect combination of enlightenment of soul, spiritual guidance and modern education in the present context of digitalized education. We take pride in the nationalistic spirit and instill feelings of nationalism, patriotism and work for the building up of a caring society.
Along with the implementation of the education system as prescribed by the authorities, small learning communities, career academics, team teaching etc. are used for multi-disciplinary learning. It celebrates different cultural backgrounds and create systems to allow all members to showcase their potential by a plethora of activities like folk songs and folk dances, theatrics, literary quizzes and debates, cultural and annual functions etc.
We also take initiatives at various levels so that various schemes being introduced by the state are intimated to all the sections of society and they get maximum benefits from them. We encourage strategies to increase academic engagement by ensuring proper teacher training, in-service opportunities and various assessment methods to meet the needs of our students. From time to time, instructional improvement workshops for faculty development in which teachers learn how to give positive instructions.
The trust has completed large scale infra-structure improvement projects well in time and has very recently taken up a new project namely Charitable Medical Diagnostic Center for X-ray, Digital X-ray, MRI, Cat Scan etc. along-with modernized laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art Machinery, procured from internationally acclaimed Companies.
The Building and other Infrastructure is on the verge of completion and most of the Medical equipment and Machinery have been installed and we hope to inaugurate it with in a short time.
