AchieveMents: As our maiden venture,we are organizing an International Ancient Arts Festival/Symposium which will be an array of multi-cultural dance & music presentations of performers, and symposium sessions presenting research on the healing power of different art forms.All ancient cultures recognised th edeep relationship between creativity and spirituality.As the first ever international event of its kind in India,the symposium will have respected scholars,Dr Shiva Prakash,Sr Sudha Gopalakrishnan,Art Therapists Dr T V Sairam & Dr Urmimala Munsi, present thier research on the effect of various arts on the body and mind,while renouned performers such as Margi madhu ,Thomas O Sullivan ,Guru gangadhar Pradhan will paricipate in the festival. Doordarshan will b etelecasting the festival live while the symposium sessions will be recorded for later telecast.We will also be publsihing a journal out of the findings of the seminar. Lt governor of Delhi,H.E Shri Tejendra Khanna,has kindly consented to be the chief guest.
