Our sanctioned budget from ICCO expired in December 2013. Request for renewal was rejected on the ground that ICCO decided to move out of Bihar. Hence we did not have grant during the year.

Phase I of the pilot project completed. We worked with 2000 girls from SC and OBC community. We trained warden and teachers of 20 KGBV. Our field facilitators visited 20 schools 4 times in a month and provided handholding support to teachers in carrying out class transactions in improving Hindi, Mathematics. We facilitated Know your village project. 1100 participated the project and children made presentation in front of teachers, parents and Administration.

Phase II of the project implemented successfully. Team worked with 2000 girls from 20 KGBV coming from OBC and SC community of Nalanda District.

Phase III one quarter I work has been done. Hence we have only spent the money for one quarter by August 2017.
Our team continue to visit 20 KGBV and provide input for improvement in Hindi, diary writing, use of library and facilitate know your village project.
