AchieveMents: HIV AIDS prevention and control programme among injecting drug users. This intervention programme based on harm reduction concept, the activities encompassed the following activities- Community mobilization, ii. Outreach and behavior change communication, iii. Counseling and psychological intervention, iv. Commodities distribution for safe injecting and safe sex practices, v. STI management, vi. Referral and linkage services, vii. Creating enabling environment for project implementation.
