AchieveMents: Organized a District Level registered organization of herbal practitioners in Subarnapur district. Organized chemical free cultivators organisation named SAMMANYA (CBO)in Haladi and Lakhana GP of Muribahal Block of Balangir district. Developed a CBO of marginalized Women named MatruDristi in Bangomunda Block of Balangir district. Organized and build the capacity of a local CBO named SBYC (Singha Bahini Youth Club) at Dharuadihi in Sundargarh district of Odisha State
