AchieveMents: The major activity of IRDS revolves around handloom, handicraft, skill training, organic agriculture and tourism. We are working in two clusters of Kamrup district namely Rani and Bezera. Major achievement is introduction of a high yielding model of black pepper and Australian teak cultivation and consolidation of a eri silk cluster at Rani. Another break through is development of a all bamboo ship for river tourism. Trained up a good number of people in various vocations for self employment.
