AchieveMents: Vipassana Meditation and Research Centre ,Bangalore is conducting training courses on Vipassana Meditation .The main aim of Vipassana is to purify the mind from maladies such as Anger, Hatred , Illwill,Jealousy etc. and instead to foster peace and harmony among all human beings. There are over 85 centres in India spread over several States.The basic course is a 10 days residential course. For old students courses of 8 days ,3days and one day duration are also held at regular intervals.
