AchieveMents: West Bengal Voluntary Health Association (WBVHA) is a state-level health care NGO network to reach primary health care and family welfare services to the poorest section of the people who are underprivileged and in distressed condition. WBVHA works through local grass-root level NGOs with active involvement and participation of community at large. Starting from 8th July, 1974, WBVHA has gained its experience of more than four decades.
