AchieveMents: Organization has been working for benefit of all the sectors of society especially minors and dalits. We are working for uplifting of working children, old persons, women & SC ST. Organization ran a composite centre for working children in need of care and protection, under the ministry of Women and child Development, New Delhi, in Rajasamand district of Rajasthan from 2008 to 2015, where annually 100 children got proper educational and vocational training to help them stand on their own feet. The basic aim of the centre was to join the participating children with the main stream. On an average, the organization admitted around 25-30 children to mainstream schools. In these schools, they are now receiving proper formal education which will help them build a good career in future. Along with the vocational and educational training, children also received training of book-binding, motor-binding, mehandi, Beauty Parlour, Electric Work, Candle Making, chalk making etc. Our organization is also operating two separate hostels for girls and boys in Sriganganagar and Srikaranpur respectively under the Ministry of Minority affairs. These hostels are home to 50 girls and 50 boys. Under the same ministry, we are also running an Old age home for 25 senior citizens at Srikaranpur, Rajasthan. Among the other major activities, we are also running a Day Care Centre with the help of Rajasthan Govt. which is operated from 11:00 am to 05:00 pm. This is a place where 25 old aged persons come for recreation, entertainment, and fun and find themselves with ready newspapers, playing cards, Television, Holy Books etc. Along with these facilities, they are also provided with one time tea and snacks. The organization is also running a Craft Training Centre under The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi where annually 50 SC ST girls receive the training of various craft works like stitching, embroidery etc. Many of these girls are now running their own boutiques & training centres successfully. Yauwan Sanstha has also initiated a Women Awareness Program for rural and poor women to make them aware about their rights and capabilities so that they can increase their participation in society. Along with these, the Yauwan Sanstha also organized a training program for Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, fish husbandry & apiculture by trained scientists in different villages of Sriganganagar District. The organization has also kept in consideration school children by organizing a Summer Camp in K.K. Model Sec. School, Kesrisinghpur, Sriganganagar where school girls were given training of dance, Soft toys making, Mehndi, Rexene, & Candle Making etc. The Long list of various activities and achievements of the organization also includes Jaundice and disability eradication camp, Anti-Drug addiction camp, anti-foeticide campaign, child education, HIV AIDS awareness program, honouring top scorer students and various different social & cultural activities.
